**Role**:
The position will help G&H Maintenance provide outstanding pre-planned preventative and reactive solutions for some of the UK’s largest businesses and organisations.

We work directly for clients and also alongside G&H Group’s four other divisions: G&H Building Services, G&H Projects, G&H Engineering Services and G&H Air Conditioning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure clients and client portals and are kept up-to-date
- Process engineers’ paperwork and action as required
- Provide basic account administrative support including invoicing and ordering materials
- Instruct sub-contractors to carry out works where necessary
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure they follow procedures

**Criteria**:

- Experience working on a client helpdesk
- Good customer service skills
- Experience or familiarity with a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system
- Have the appetite to learn and take on new challenges
- A proactive approach and good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate and very competent with all basic Microsoft Office programmes
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience working in facilities, maintenance and/or property maintenance or management is advantageous
- Some knowledge of accounting would be useful but not essential
