Our client is a growing facilities management company based in Leeds city centre, providing a range of services to local and national businesses including building maintenance, window cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, catering equipment maintenance, boiler maintenance, fit-out, refurbishments and more.

They are looking for an experienced Accounts Adminidstrator to join their growing team to support their business growth.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accounts administrator to help fufill their Accounting functions and purchase ledger across the company, with scope for development and progression within the role.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Monthly payroll
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist in VAT returns
- Assist CIS returns
- Sales & purchase ledgers
- Bank payments
- Petty cash
- Invoicing
- Creditors
- Supplier payments and managing debtors reporting/credit control
- Assisting clients and the Helpdesk team in accounts queries
- Assisting our helpdesk and directors with general administration
- Managing Expenses
- Records management

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience (2 years+) working in a similar accounting role
- experience using Xero or similar package (including Payroll & Projects functions)
- Strong MS Excel capabilities
- Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with staff and management at all levels will also be essential.
- We are looking for a team player, who supports others and acts with integrity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
