Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced customer focused administrator. The role will involve supporting the team to deliver first class customer service and acting as the first point of contact with our customers.

The company is a non-profit organisation and registered charity which offers support and opportunity to people living in disadvantaged areas of Leeds.

The Job

The main purpose of this role will be supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the helpdesk function, providing customer service and administrative support to our customers, representing the business in a courteous, proactive and professional manner at all times. Daily data maintenance and updating of the data base systems, supporting the Manager and assisting with internal matters and planning.
