**Duties and responsibilities**
Managing and supporting the day-to-day administration of the business providing specific functional area tasks such as:
- Provide high level general administration support for the shared support function to all departments in the business such as managing mailbox and post, arranging meetings/ rooms, organising travel, accommodation, refreshments etc
- Office and site supplies - ordering / price negotiations / quotations / checking delivery
- Order/set up of laptops and mobile phones
- Dealing with all correspondence, queries, and complaints
- Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems
- Ensure that functional databases are accurately updated in a timely manner
- Reporting and monitoring spreadsheets and reports
- Purchasing administrations support
- Invoicing to customers and processing suppliers
- Bank, credit card & expenses processing
- Raising POs
- Creating quotations through the ERP tracker
- Admin support for stock takes
- Maintaining documentation in relation to Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions Risk Assessments
- COSHH Assessments
- Monitor and follow up orders from suppliers and chase outstanding orders
- Working with employee’s confidential information
- Updating and inputting data for company metrics
- To undertake any ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required by line manager and all shared support functions following company requirements.
**Experience**
- Experience of administration and supporting multiple departments
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) Skills

- Able to prioritise work and successfully meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
