Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering with a Glasgow based, family-owned construction firm who are looking to recruit a People Administrator on a fixed term basis, covering maternity leave for 12 months.
Collaborating with the wider People Services Team, you will first point of contact for all people related queries across the group and will provide support and a high-quality service to colleagues and managers. This is a great chance for a university graduate or junior HR Administrator to gain exposure from this all-round role.
You will be first point of contact for all first line queries that come into the shared service department, this will include managing the HR inbox, calls, and face to face enquiries. You will support all staff and if necessary, escalate more senior/complex enquires to your peers. As well as this, you will be involved in recruitment and resourcing tasks such as organising interviews, diary management and onboarding.
The People Administrator will also support L&D with training registers, any courses that need set up and booked, organising certificates, as well as working with internal and external providers. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and ensure the company policies and procedures are followed and a professional service is always delivered.
