Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Purpose**
To support the overall growth of Lexonik by providing thorough and efficient project assistance to Lexonik’s CEO. By being proactive, highly organised and trustworthy. The CEO’s executive assistant will work alongside the CEO to ensure they are fully prepared, supported and informed.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a key position within the company, you will be a conduit for conversations, communications and project needs across the business, re-assuring our CEO of what is happening and when.
You will work as part of a tight-knit executive team, attending meetings, managing an ever-changing diary, maintaining document flow and processes, and continually communicating with our CEO, but equally with our leadership team.
As international travel is a key feature in the diary of our CEO and their senior team, you will need to book, plan and prepare for such activities and events; this includes other events such as workshops and meetings.
**You will be required to**:
- Be at the heart of the company’s core projects, facilitating workflows and ensuring all parties are clearly communicated to
- Continually assess appropriateness of systems and processes for the purpose of project management and general business organisation
- Take confident ownership of the CEO’s diary, managing appointments, bookings, and travel, as well as constantly assessing priorities
- Attend and minute meetings confidentially and take a time-conscious approach to producing reports or follow ups from such activities
- Arrange and timetable meetings, liaising as necessary with the various tiers of staffing, including executive leaders
- Organise events and activities as required, such as workshops, training, stakeholder meetings
- Source venues, travel providers and accommodation as required for different Lexonik undertakings (including those overseas), placing bookings and relaying as necessary to our CEO, finance team and others
- Be of helpful guidance to our workforce, encouraging positive habits in terms of diary management and general organisation, such that our culture thrives with your additional perspective
- Be agile in your ability to support our CEO and their team if dates, events and demands should significantly change
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
