Our client who are a well-established, rapidly expanding company based in Ross-On-Wye, has a brand-new permeant vacancy for an experienced and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the Executive team. The role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Management Team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills
- Prepare and distribute agendas, board packs, minutes, and other materials for corporate meetings
- Complete all Corporate Secretarial work including the maintenance of corporate records
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of corporate events, including but not limited to board meetings, conferences and visits
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense management, and project management support as required
- Management and coordination of all Group corporate insurances, liaising with the Chief Financial -Officer and various insurance brokers as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or corporate secretary in a corporate environment
- Experience in managing corporate records and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and meeting documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with corporate governance software
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information

**Hours **- Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week

**Salary** - Highly competitive + 25 days holidays plus bank holidays + hybrid working + discretionary bonus scheme + financial wellbeing scheme
