**Responsibilities**:
- Entering client information into the IT systems ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Opening and closing client files.
- Assist with answering inbound calls and directing accordingly.
- Liaising with clients to verify identification.
- Supporting the senior team with tasks as required
- Other office duties and one off projects to assist the department.
- Supporting the Practice Manager and the Legal Cashier as required.
- Some experience of an administrative role within the professional services industry.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, written, verbal and active listening.
- Confidence when dealing with clients.
- Methodical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions.
- Flexibility to travel to other offices as required.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 -5 with some hybrid/flexible working.
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
