**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting directly into the Chief Delivery Officer, you will take on a pivotal role in managing the overall estate compliance, backup management, patch management, and event trend analysis for our diverse client portfolio. You will work at the forefront of IT solutions, ensuring that our clients' systems remain secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.
You will be required to take on a proactive role in ensuring that all customer estates have a high percentage of N-Able enrolled workstations, utilising scripting, probe deployments and manual intervention to ensure that we maintain a true view of all customer environments.
Your duties will involve regular assessments of customer set ups, liaising with customer IT managers to discuss compliance, ensuring that Cove backups are running smoothly with reliable success rates, understanding and mitigating vulnerabilities identified by our SOC team and ensuring that we maintain a high percentage of patch success across the board.
You will analyse trends from events that are triggered from our customers to provide advice to our technical departments to maintain operational efficiency and stability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage N-Able deployments across customer estates
- Ensure high percentage of patch success and frequency
- Ensure vulnerabilities are patched and secured rapidly
- Liaise with customers to address N-Able management Identify trends and anomalies, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact client operations. Your findings will provide valuable insights and recommendations for client improvements.

**Essential Qualities**:
- Expert knowledge of N-Able, N-Central and Cove systems
- Strong eye for detail and thorough data analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Powershell
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of Modern Desktop
- Knowledge of Networking (inclusive of Firewalls, Switches, AP’s etc)
- Knowledge of Hyper V/VMware
- Customer centric with great people skills
**Desirable**:
- Experience at an MSP
- Knowledge of Nessus or other vulnerability scanning tools 2nd line level engineer knowledge

**Salary / package**
- £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience
