Telephony Support Administrator

**Position Overview**:
Provide administrative and technical support to new and existing telephony customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Administration of Service Reviews
Administration of quotes and process orders
Processing number porting and migrations for mobile
Update contracts for mobiles
Liaising with customers over the phone and written correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
Responsible for logging line faults with providers and liaising with customers throughout the escalation process until services are restored.
Mobile support including bar adding/removing, bill queries, sim swaps.
Telephony support cover, Horizon support and Gamma
Connectwise - configuration of mobiles, contract added
Training colleague on mobile support
Update/Creating new processes
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Experience in a customer service role
Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Ability to gather information & gain background information about the clients fault/issue.
Able to manage changing workload and priorities.
Able to work both within a team and using own initiative.
Excellent communication skills
Professional & confident telephone manner
Be able to work under pressure.
Time management
Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel
