**The Package - What you could earn**:

- Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Home base role with occasional need to travel (Driving Licence required)
**Compliance Administrator - Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for the health and safety administration for the Company, ensuring it is up to date and accurate at all times
- Proactive reminders to the Operations Managers, and follow up if needed to ensure compliance
- Constantly reviewing and developing databases and systems to keep records and information in the most suitable form
- Prepare for audits and carry out any recommendations if required
- Attend the health and safety committee meeting
- Provide administrative support to create, develop and amend Health and Safety documentation
- Ensure all activities within sphere of control adhere to the appropriate Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and statutory duties. Able to report immediately any failures.
- Able to develop and promote a H&S culture within the company
- Assisting and working to KPIs and SLAs
- Support any relevant projects
**The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Excellent IT skills
- IOSH qualification
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Experience of H&S administration or responsibilities is essential
- Logistics experience
- Change management experience
- Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate to a wide audience
- Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes.
- Attention to detail to enable accurate recording for audit purposes.

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
