A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic **Head of Sales** to join our company.

As a **Head of Sales** you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive corporate sales and events, revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of The Light.

This role is based at our venue in Banbury, Oxfordshire but with frequent travel to our other venues in Stockport, Surrey as well as occasional visits to our Head Office in Central London.
- A down to earth people person, who thrives in fast-paced environment, where no day is this same
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within corporate events, with track of record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation abilities,
- Passionate, driven and focused - an ambassador of The Light,
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics,
- Good financial acumen, able to regularly provide analytical performance updates,
- Self-motivated and proactive,
- Capable in all areas of social media, with good understanding of the importance of digital sales and the levers to positively influence these,
- Sales & operational experience of selling & delivering both consumer and corporate events.

**Scope of the role**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers,
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives,
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities,
- Proactively drive corporate sales for Banbury, Green House and Redhill sites and identify cross selling opportunities into the group,
- Respond and convert corporate reactive enquiries for Redhill and Banbury sites including larger consumer bookings for The Green House,
- Communicate all events to on-site teams and assist operationally in delivering larger events,
- Main point of the contact for all senior members of staff in the business for private hire,
- Manage on site coordinators across the group,
- Track and reporting of monthly private hire sales figures for the group,
- Develop marketing initiatives and collateral for all private hire segments to drive sales,
- Oversee Bulk tickets segment - Lease with 3rd party suppliers, ensure all channels open for b2c and track annual sales across all suppliers,
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
