**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Analyse sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team during a growth phase
- Previous experience in a PaaS/Saas Business
- Experience within Telco or Travel desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
