**Are you an experienced Recruitment Administrator looking for a new challenge?**

BPAS are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to come and join the recruitment team full time, 36 hours per week. This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work at our Head Office in Leamington Spa one day a week.

**About You**:
You will champion BPAS recruitment across multiple digital channels. You will be able to forge external relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of BPAS. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and be involved in all aspects of recruitment including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing.

You'll be a people-person, who enjoys communicating with different people internally and externally. You'll have exceptional time management and attention to detail in all areas of your work, and be able to provide a positive, solution-orientated approach to recruitment activity.

**Main duties of the job**

**You will bring**:

- Previous experience working within a recruitment role.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately

You'll be someone who is able to adapt to change, and be able to respond to conflicting priorities quickly and efficiently to drive through recruitment processes across the whole recruitment lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advertise job vacancies on various channels including social media, where vacancy requisitions have been approved
- Set up interviews where an interview shortlist has been received. To send interview packs to the Hiring Manager in preparation for their interviews
- Conduct telephone interviews and to manage the telephone interview schedule
- Monitor and update the vacancy tracker with any new vacancies, vacancy updates and interview schedules
- To liaise with the Recruitment Advisor on any queries or complaints which may come through to the recruitment inbox or via the telephone
- Partake in interviews when required

**Salary**: £21,599 to £25,902 per annum - depending on experience

**Hours of Work**: 36 Hours per week | Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3.30pm

**Qualifications**

**Essential**
- English and Maths qualification either GCSE A to C or Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE 4* or NVQ level 2

**Experience**

**Essential**
- Proven Recruitment Administration experience
- Experience of recruiting via social media, Linked In and job boards

**Desirable**
- _Previous Healthcare Recruitment experience_

**Knowledge and Skills**

**Essential**
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
- Exceptional administrative skills
- Recruitment Procedures
