Fancy working for a Global Automotive brand that has impressive growth strategy plans? We are working with our largest client to help them in their search for a CRM specialist.

Working within the automotive division, you will be responsible for managing the end to end customer relationship journey. This role is key generating new prospects for the brand via acquisition strategies and also nurturing existing customer relationshipto maximise sales.

The Role

First and foremost, you will be the personal ambassador for CRM, prospect acquisition strategies and customer journey insight. You will share your plans and all that you do to motivate a range of stakeholders including dealers, field teams and top management.You will be for working with the Marketing and communications Manager to create targeted CRM Programmes throughout the year and support the wider marketing and sales team which will include a range of messaging, sales campaigns, product launches and eventpromotions.You will also be:

- Communicate the data requirements to the database team, managing all back-end fulfilment processes, and undertake any testing required to ensure communications are always relevant and correct.
- Identify conversion gaps in the customer journey and evaluate data insight to provide recommendations.
- Manage the CRM budget and demonstrate measurements and ROI from all activity you undertake.
- Share best practice with colleagues in other business divisions to realise any efficiencies to further contribute to the overall success of the CRM programme

You & Your experience

We are looking for someone who has thorough and demonstrable experience in executing CRM and database marketing processes & campaigns.

You’ll also be great with numbers and experienced in working with statistics and analytics to drive a commercial impact

Due to the size of this global business, we are also looking for someone who is exceptionally driven and motivated with a strong desire to exceed objectives. with the ability to focus on both the detail and delivery as well as the overall plan. Having theconfidence to challenge internal stakeholders and agencies is also an important part of the role, but to do so in an insightful manner with the data as a basis of influence.

Systems/Skills
- Google Analytics Knowledge is Desirable
- FastStats Knowledge is useful, but not essential
- Agency-side experience is desirable.
