**Resident Liaison**

LIVINGWAY are committed to providing exceptional living experiences, we prioritise resident satisfaction and community well-being.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Resident Liaison.

You will be located at our Roco building which is a prestigious site and includes amenities such as gymnasium, Roof terrace, Cinema room, and hot tubs.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, promptly addressing inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional manner.
- Responsively handle resident concerns and complaints, collaborating with property management to swiftly resolve issues such as maintenance requests or noise disturbances.
- Plan and coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
- Assist new residents during the move-in process, providing them with property orientation, familiarising them with amenities, and explaining community policies.
- Ensure residents are aware of and adhere to health and safety regulations within the property, conducting regular inspections and reporting any hazards or violations to management.
- Proactively gather feedback from residents to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall living experience.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, issues, and resolutions. Generate regular reports for management to monitor resident satisfaction and address recurring concerns.
- Take care to ensure that the communal areas are cleaned and arranged in their correct layout or configuration.
- Take responsibility for the occupation and vacancy of the site
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness of the amenity spaces

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in property management or hospitality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate resident schedules and community events.
- Familiarity with relevant housing regulations and health and safety standards is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.

Please note the days will be Friday (time TBC) Saturday (10-4) & Sunday (10-4).

**Training Requirement**:
You will be required to attend a two-week training at our head office in Manchester.
