**HR Coordinator**
Permanent - South Preston - up to £35,000
A fantastic opportunity has risen to join one of our long-standing clients in an all encompassing HR role. My client have an international reach and work alongside some of the biggest names within their industry - they boast a fantastic reputation, a long-standing team and a great working environment. This will be a stand-alone HR role - though you will have full support/guidance from senior staff when required.
Key duties will include:
- Overseeing the HR function for up to 60 members of staff
- Full recruitment coordination
- On-boarding - conducting right to work checks, inputting employee details, reference checking etc.
- Arranging appraisals/disciplinary meetings etc. and guiding hiring managers on correct procedures
- Monitoring holidays/absences
- Implementing company policies and procedures
- Working alongside the outsourced payroll company and gathering required information
Another key part of this role will be **Learning and Development. **My client wants somebody with a passion for this - they want somebody to come in and identify requirements and coordinate training. They're looking for somebody who can not only add-value to the company, but help to drive the employees forward too.
My client isn't necessarily looking for somebody fully qualified, it's more about the person and their background in HR.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
