City Group Managed Services Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team in Preston.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Rotas**_
- Develop and maintain staff rotas every two weeks for the full cleaning team
- Staff co-ordination: Contacting current team to confirm upcoming available shifts and making cover arrangements in case of absences and/or annual leave of staff.
- **Recruitment.**_
- Post all job vacancies
- Shortlist CVs for telephone interview
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Distribute internal comms about current vacancies
- **Staff Management**_
- Being the first point of contact in the office for cleaning staff
- Dealing with staff queries
- Arranging for keys/ access cards to be delivered to staff
- Preparing, processing, issuing, and chasing documentation
- **Stock Orders**_
- Processing stock orders and liaising with suppliers
- **Set Up New Cleaning Sites**_
- Site files, Paperwork, Supplies, Site Specifications and Access
- **Out of Hours Mobile**_
- Dealing with out of hours emergencies, queries and questions whilst trying to keep it to a minimum
- Associated admin to support the team

**Required skills**

Appropriate training will be provided, however **the ability to use your own initiative and excellent telephone manner are essential.**

Previous experience in an administrative role of a similar nature is essential

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
