The Trust will create a quality improvement movement throughout the organisation, whereby quality improvement will become part of the day job for our clinical and non-clinical staff, driving improved patient outcomes, patient and staff experience and value. Successful quality improvement projects will contribute to the delivery of the Trust’s strategy. This role is key to supporting the Trust to build and establish a culture of sustainable continuous quality improvement, to enable the required improvements; in doing so, this will achieve quality, performance, workforce and financial savings for the Trust.

We are seeking a passionate, motivated individual with quality improvement experience, as well as a proven track record of working with frontline clinical and non-clinical teams to facilitate successful change.

Work with the director of service improvement and transformation, clinical director of improvement and transformation, heads of improvement and transformation and senior improvement and transformation managers to develop and implement a culture of sustainable continuous quality improvement.

Work with staff from across the organisation to develop and implement quality improvement projects in their areas of work, contributing to delivery of the Trust’s strategy, as well as productivity and efficiency programme. This will be in relation to improving patient journeys, with some focused on working with our communities and strengthening the organisation.

Work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation and wider integrated care system (ICS), as required.

Provide skills and experience in quality improvement methodologies and facilitation to support delivery of quality improvement project aims.

**Contribute directly to a quality improvement movement**: building quality improvement capability and capacity across the organisation, by developing and providing training programmes, teaching, mentoring, coaching and supporting individuals in their improvement education.

Continuously promote and support the use of quality improvement methodologies.

Act as a visible champion for quality improvement, innovation and the Improving Together ways of working, by building effective stakeholder networks both inside and outside the organisation.
