We have an opportunity for an experienced Change Management / Transformation professional to lead our business transformation programme and to integrate key IT systems and processes across the organisation. You’ll liaise with key stakeholders to identify systems, process and reporting improvements, ensuring delivery plans are developed and that initiatives are successfully implemented.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting ownership and good governance of data across the Operations Team including how it is collected, maintained and used to improve our business
- Developing and leading the implementation of our digital customer service agenda
- Leading the implementation of technology solutions to improve our customer journey
- Improving our existing processes by driving change across the Operations Team
- Leading the continuous improvement of our website, internal and external communications and our use of social media to communicate with our stakeholders
- Project managing our operations business improvement programme
- Having a strong focus on developing a positive and motivating employee culture within the organisation

Educated to degree level / a relevant vocational qualification or equivalent, you will be a strong communicator who can influence others and help to develop transformation programme that will drive the organisation forward.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Delivering business improvement/ transformation programmes
- Being able to pro-actively identify problems, deconstruct them, and develop an effective set of actions to address them
- Successfully supporting and promoting change in an organisation
- Developing and transforming the delivery of services to customers, including the use of technology to improve customer access
- Developing and implementing strategies, systems and policies
- Providing expert advice to senior staff / Board members / stakeholders
- Building strong working relationships with external stakeholders and partners
