A vacancy has arisen for a HR Analyst/ Administrator within the Human Resources Team. This is a busy, vibrant team within the Resources Directorate with great working relationships across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high functioning, friendly team where your skills, knowledge & experience of HR processes will strengthen the service the HR team deliver to the Trust.

As a HR Analyst/ Administrator working in the Trust you will be part of a fast-paced HR Department where you can add real value in our own journey of development. You'll ensure we use our internal systems and data effectively, assisting the HR team in providing high-level Management Information reports. You'll be responsible for producing accurate data and statistical information for a range of audiences, including our Senior Leadership Teams. You'll also provide general administrative support to the team.

Ideally you'll have proven experience of producing, analysing and presenting complex and confidential data, with high levels of competence in Microsoft Excel. You'll have experience of working in a fast paced administration environment where every day is different
