**Role purpose**

We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to support our head office functions. Day to day, you will be involved in all stages of the employee life cycle, providing timely and credible advice in line with policy, process and our Values, ensuring any necessary compliance and legislative changes are adhered to with integrity. To do this, you will also be used to working at pace, building relationships with your stakeholders, through an innovative and positive approach. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to local projects including supporting our wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Role responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Key responsibilities:

- Support Head of HR and HRBP’s with daily workload and execution of various HR initiatives and projects
- Act as an escalation point for employee and manager enquiries submitted via ZenDesk (HR ticketing system). Ensure these are resolved in a timely manner by researching, gathering support information and soliciting input working with appropriate business partners
- Employee Relations case management, including performance and absence management, investigation/disciplinary and grievance cases
- Mentor and support junior members of the HR team by actively upskilling them and ensuring knowledge share and transfer.
- Mentor and work collaboratively with the HR Advisor, Retail and step in to support as and when necessary (i.e., holiday, sickness cover)
- In the absence of the HR Coordinator support with the HR Induction sessions for the HQ new starters
- Organize and deliver HR induction sessions for new People Managers, review materials regularly and ensure they are up to date
- Conduct exit interviews with all HQ Leavers, record key messages and escalate these to HRBP’s or Line Manager where appropriate
- Analyse people metrics and people dashboard/report (quarterly/half yearly) prepared by People Services team, recommend actions where appropriate
- Produce various ad hoc reports as and when required;
- Main point of contact for any sponsorship and mobility cases. Work closely with the external Immigration Lawyers and Global Reward team on this.
- Work closely with the EU payroll team ensuring effective communication/information flow between HR and Payroll teams

Employee Relations:

- Primary contact for all policy related queries, ensuring advice is applied in a commercial and practical way
- Coach and support People Managers on various people related matters such as performance management, absence etc.
- Support Managers with conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, draft all correspondence relating to formal processes.
- Keep a track of ER cases via a centralised tracker, monitor progress to ensure cases get resolved in a timely manner, escalate any complex issues to HRBP’s and Head of HR where appropriate
- Manage Maternity/Shared Parental Leave/ Paternity processes for HQ employees
- Support People Managers in managing short
- and long-term absence cases and occupational health referral cases
- Upskill and coach People Managers on various ER related topics to ensure consistency and fairness in approach
- Continuously evaluate/develop best practice HR end to end processes/tools, update or create policies where appropriate

Talent, Development & Reward:

- Support Head of HR and HRBP’s with the delivery of the annual Talent and Performance Development cycle, including communication and cascading training to the People Manager population
- Support Head of HR and HRBP’s with the annual salary and bonus process, liaising with the Global Reward and Payroll team where necessary
- Support Head of HR & Senior HRBP with the annual Budget planning and ongoing review of People Costs in Anaplan (Budgeting tool)
- Assist HRBP’s and People Managers with the annual Talent Review process
- Support Head of HR, HRBP’s and People Managers with analysing results of the Employee Engagement Survey and cascading these back to th
