**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our automotive products and services.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately using our customer service and order management systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports to support the overall operations of the customer service and administration department.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service and administration, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of automotive products, parts, and services, including industry terminology and common customer concerns.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary depends on experience, individually negotiated.

Pay starting from £24382-27633 PA opportunity to develop personal skills and pay rise along with experience. Commission and bonusses available.

Working hours 7.30-17.30 including 1h breaks. Rotating Saturdays 7-12 paid as overtime.

**Salary**: £24,382.00-£27,633.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
