**Responsibilities**:

- **Managing Portals**: Oversee benefits portals and partnerships, ensuring seamless operation and accessibility.
- **Renewal Management**: Take charge of benefit renewals, ensuring timely execution and cost-effective solutions.
- **Annual Reward Program**: Lead the updating of our Annual Reward Program, conducting workshops and webinars to engage staff and address inquiries.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new benefits to enhance our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spreadsheets, with a knack for data analysis and manipulation.
- Meticulous organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept at resolving queries efficiently.
- Genuine passion for Reward and Benefits, with a desire to make a positive impact on employee well-being.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9-12 months

**Salary**: £32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
