**East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.**
Over the past 30 years, EACH has developed an enviable reputation in the field of children’s palliative care.
We are the largest provider of palliative and end of life care and support for children and their families in East Anglia, delivering a comprehensive range of services in our hospices, family homes, hospital and wider community.
All three of our hospices; The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission
**Groups & Events Co-ordinator, Treehouse Hospice, IP3 8NS**
**Part-Time, 22.5 hours x3 days over 7 working days, including weekends**
**TEMPORARY Contract - 6-9 Months**
**Salary £25,147 - £27,596 pro rata, per annum, experience dependent**
**Band 4**
**A full UK license and use of own car is essential for this role**

**Are you**:
- Enthusiastic, organised and a great communicator with lots of energy and an ability to problem solve?

- Experience of managing groups of people of many ages, in a variety of situations?
**Responsibilities include**:
- Liaising with a wide range of people including care & facilities staff, external organisations, senior leadership as well as the families and young people.
- Liaising with external orginsations to enhance the charitable offers that create a natural network of support to underpin the events
- Supporting the wider team to deliver events both at the Treehouse and at external venues, including undertaking risk assessments, liaising with catering and facilities teams, creating flyers and text for advertising and liaising with marketing and communication team.

Pay: £25,147.00-£27,596.00 per year
