**Part-time Administration and marketing Assistant for Creative Architecture Studio - Remote**

JMA is a creative architectural practice situated in East London’s Mile End conservation area.

The company is growing in projects and is looking for a part-time Administrative assistant for the studio. The individual will be providing administrative assistance to the director.

This position may suit an exceptional university student or someone who has a legal, English accounting, administrative, construction, or creative background.

- Knowledge of how to use Google Drive (including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Basic legal understanding

**Work will include**:

- Issuing documentation and project information
- Issuing invoices
- Issuing fee proposals and presentations
- Dealing with new project enquiries
- Helping to manage the calendar and set up meetings
- Organising administrative spreadsheets and work organisation systems
- Providing copywriting support
- Creating content and manage social media
- Writing up new projects and place them on our website
- Support with compiling contractual information
- Proof-reading and formatting client documents and presentations
- Supporting with client documentation
- Liaising with and onboarding new clients
- Creating practice documents and templates
- Updating current practice information including in house documents and promotional/ marketing/ project information
- Working on press releases, submissions and marketing literature, etc.
- Compiling bid information and bids for new projects
- Organising meetings (face to face, audio, and video conferences)
- Preparing fee proposals

**Experience in the following programmes is desirable**:

- Notion
- Buffer
- The Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets, calendar, gmail)
- Word press/Semplice
- Organising google meets meetings in the google calendar
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Suite including Indesign and Photoshop

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £13.15-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
