Sales Co-Ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a business management consultancy, playing a crucial role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth.

This is a rewarding and interesting role, offering home based working and a bonus scheme.

Position: Sales Co-Ordinator

Location: Remote

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum with bonus scheme

Hours: Full-time

Contract: Permanent

Benefits: Contributory Pension Scheme; 23 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays per annum

About the Role

As Sales Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate the sales process, ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and effective collaboration between internal teams and clients. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach will contribute to the success of our sales efforts and overall business growth.

Primary responsibilities include:
*Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
*Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our consultancy services
*Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
*Lead Management: Manage the lead generation and tracking process
*Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and achieving targets.
*CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
*Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to coordinate sales activities, streamline processes, and ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
*Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential client segments to identify opportunities for business growth

About You

You will have proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a related role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment and have:
*Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
*Knowledge of the consulting industry and an understanding of sales processes and strategies is a plus.
