**The Role**
- Ensuring the team achieves the cash collection targets on a monthly basis will be the main focus by chasing customer payments
- You will be active in ensuring debtor days targets are met by pursuing customers to pay on time and then allocating payments immediately
- Using the ERP system, you will highlight any potential late payments and be proactive in limiting exposure by managing customer accounts
- You will systemise and chase ongoing retention payments to unlock cash withheld by customers
- Monthly reporting to the sales and operations team highlighting poor/late payers and coordinating delays and notices with customers
