**Service Administrator**
- We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Administrator to join our growing team at Yeomans.- At Yeomans, we take great pride in our excellent customer service, working hard to ensure our customers are extremely satisfied with their experience. If you enjoy engaging with customers in a helpful, friendly and positive manner, and have previous experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect position for you- This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential.**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Processing bookings through the internal Link IT system
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
- Main role is carrying out outbound calls for service and MOT bookings.
- Covering for Service advisors when on annual leave etc.
- Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments
- Ability to meet manufacturers' customer satisfaction standards.
- Ideally, you will have experience of the Service Advisor/Admin role. As a minimum, you will need to have worked in a customer facing role, with a strong commitment to good customer service.
- Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop experience preferred but not essential.
