We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service issues
- Provide product recommendations and upsell additional products or services to customers
- Enter customer information and order details accurately into the system
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,539.81 per year
