Leading corporate firm, established over 100 years ago, at the forefront of UK business advisory, have a fantastic opportunity for a, **REMOTE WOKING**, Relationship Executive to join within a diverse and unique role that will offer you variety and responsibility while working within an extremely interesting industry. You will be providing support to their established and new clients, offering product guidance, problem resolution, client account management and providing day to day business support to the North region. There are absolutely **no sales** responsibilities, simply ensuring clients are fully supported and utilising their membership benefits:

- Ensure end to end processes for membership experience (onboarding/retention/renewals/lapsers/ conclusion) are completed.
- Provide all members with a high-quality membership experience, ensuring they are aware of member benefits and how to access these.
- Act as the conduit between a variety of departments, assisting with administrative support, focused activity and development, member experience and growth.
- Assist with membership benefit, retention projects and activities
- Working within the Relationship team, act as the link between the central teams, maximising member access to benefits.
- Promote and signpost members to Professional Development courses opportunities within the business
- Meet and exceed personal retention targets which contribute to both your own and the teams’ financial targets and KPIs.

**Relationship Executive skills and experience**:

- Successful track record of providing superb customer service /relationship management and liaising with very senior individuals. Business to Business experience preferred
- A clear and precise communicator, with good verbal and written skills as well as an eye for detail.
- A motivated self-starter, who copes well under pressure and can multi-task with ease,

You can showcase your people, communication and relationship skills in a fast paced and varied role. You will be able to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and work with wonderful volunteers across the region. This role is a remote position, with a very small amount of regional travel.

Hours: 9am - 5pm (flexible hours are available) full time working from home. 12 month maternity contract

Location; Any location across the North (working from home)

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
