LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting an **Administrator** with **Vietnamese** Language for their client, an international organisation based in London. This is a great opportunity to work for a **non
- profit organisation** where you will use your fluency in Vietnamese

**Duties of the Administrator with Vietnamese**

Working as part of an international team in the London Head Office reporting to the Senior Account Manager responsible for partners in in Europe you will be ensure that all legal contracts and financial reports have been submitted and processed. Liaisingwith commercial and communications teams in the head office and in the various regions which will involve relationship management of customers.

The procedures and policies should be recorded and updated and Translation of these policies into Vietnamese for clients in these regions. The role will also involve:

- General administration and data entry
- Dealing with and processing customer queries and submissions
- Providing information and advice on related issues and training new staff members
- Implementing processes whilst providing a supportive services to partners and charitable subsidiaries
- Providing and maintaining a customer focussed approach both internally and externally

**Requirements of the Administrator with Vietnamese**
- Fluent Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft office
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Experience of building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Desire to work for an NGO
- Proactive and conscientious
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize workload effectively
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Organised and methodical, with an attention to detail
