What you will be doing

The incumbent will be responsible for administration of all statutory and non-statutory employee benefits programs/activities of the assigned country/countries. Will work under supervision of Benefits Manager for benefits administration of in-house employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering employee enquiries and complaint tickets.
  • Validating monthly payroll data for benefits.
  • Day to day benefits administration activities of sending required data to the vendors and analyze the incoming data.
  • Processing invoicing for benefits vendors
  • Administering Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other Country specific statutory and non-statutory benefits.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder management.
  • Coordinating with Finance team for payment, reconciliation and other required activities.
  • Assisting in annual enrollment related activities.
  • Working on various kind of reporting required and ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Right attitude with desire to learn and deliver value to the organization.
  • Graduation from a recognized college/university.
  • Experience in Benefits administration.
  • Descent communication skills.
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheet) is a must have competency desired for the candidate.
