is seeking an aspiring People & Culture EMEA benefits professional looking to make a difference in the company’s EMEA and global benefit offerings. In this role, you will develop partnerships with key leaders and business decision makers within the organization to plan, develop, refine, implement, and administer world-class EMEA/global employee benefit programs.
On-board new benefit vendors or brokers working with internal legal team and benefit vendor acting as an intermediary
Raising insurance claims for short and long term sick leave
Assist with administration of non-insured benefits programs – leave of absence, tuition reimbursement, wellbeing programs, employee assistance program etc.
Drive process improvement projects to improve employee experience of benefit programs
Work closely with internal business partners (Payroll, Finance, and Legal) on the day-to-day administration of Zscaler’s benefit programs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
~4+ years' experience in HR with benefits experience
~ Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems
~ Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
