Senior Benefits Administrator

A global Investment Bank is looking for an EMEA Benefits Administrator who is looking to progress their career in the benefits space. 6 months with possibility to extend. You will be a part of an established Benefits team, supporting the management and implementation of the company's benefits strategy.
- You will be instrumental in managing employee benefits queries
- Supporting on benefits administration including regulatory and risk factors; Invoicing, event coordination, updating benefits booklets, policies
- Drafting presentations and communications to go to employees
- Liaising with vendors and third part suppliers to support the banks benefits program
- Project work as and when required to support within the team
Experience:
- An understanding of UK and Ireland benefit programs is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a large multinational / complex organisations
- Highly numerate, must be comfortable working with Excel
- Highly organised; ability to prioritise and manage a full workload
