HR & Training Administrator

**Job Summary**
David Watson Transport Ltd is an ISO-accredited specialist transport company, with seven depots across the country, over 100 vehicles and more than 160 employees. Our company motto is “Setting the standards for others to follow” and we are looking for someone who shares these principles to join our team as a **HR & Training Administrator.**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Placing recruitment adverts on job boards;
- Arranging interviews and corresponding paperwork;
- Issuing job offer letters and processing all new starter paperwork;
- Liaising with stakeholders regarding the appointment of new staff;
- Working with the HR & Training Manager to plan new starter inductions;
- Maintaining personnel data on Sage HR;
- Conducting licence checks in-line with FORS requirements;
- Providing cover for the HR & Training Manager where required;
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent administration skills;
- Keen eye for detail;
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organisational/diary management skills;
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
The role will be based at our depot in Earls Colne, Essex and there is scope to grow the role for the right individual.
Working hours will be Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm. The role benefits from 21 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays, private medical healthcare and company pension scheme. Salary dependent on experience.
