Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a private healthcare client in the recruitment of a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. Working closely with the HR advisors, you will be responsible for all first line advice and support.

This is a great development opportunity for someone with previous HR admin level experience, who is now looking to develop and gain further skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries and managing the HR inbox, responding, or escalating as required
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes
- Collate and analyse HR data
- Track and monitor all HR policies and procedures
- Support and working closely with the HR Advisors and Business Partners
- Liaise with payroll to ensure any contractual or payroll changes are actioned
- Take an active involvement in reward and recognition activities
- Conduct HR file audits at various sites

Skills, knowledge and experience required includes:

- CIPD - Level 3 (Desirable)
- Previous experience working in a HR Administration capacity
- Able to work well in a fast paced, busy environment
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle

Due to the location, you will need to be able to drive and you may need to be flexible to visit other sites.

Hybrid working is available, you will be required on site 3 days a week with the option to work from home twice a week.
