**The Role**
- Administering and coordinating the Graduate Training and Work Experience programme
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reports using HR systems and Excel
- Draft and amend company policies/guidelines where required Provide an HR generalist service to the Firm to enable them to achieve its objectives
- Provide generalist HR support to both managers and employees
- Maintain effective and compliant HR records
- Contributing to the development, implementation and review of HR processes, policies and procedures
- Supporting disciplinary, performance and absence management processes
- Entering engagement awards and coordinating staff surveys, reporting on the same.
- Assisting with and/or responsibility for internal projects as required
- Regular visits to companies’ other offices
**The Person**
- Fully CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
- A motivated individual with experience in general HR
- Prior experience of working within an organisation offering HR support is desirable.
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills with good attention to detail
- A clean driving licence as the role will involve regular local travel
