**HR Assistant**

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-paced, reputable organisation who are looking for an ambitious, resilient, and talented individual to join our Talent Team at our Colchester head office.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a strong communicator with a successful track record in recruitment or HR Administration.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities in the role will include but not be limited to
- Managing a portfolio of vacancies, prioritising workload in relation to time to hire, quality of hire, and cost of hire.
- Proactively utilise all available social media platforms for headhunting/proactive search in tandem with advertising.
- Screening/short-listing/interviewing all prospective applicants.
- Support with HR Administration creating and collating offer letters and contracts.
- Be a positive advocate for change and supporter of colleagues’ successes.

**MPL Benefits**
This is primarily an office based position although MPL does offer hybrid working where work patterns permit.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
