Shared client administration including updating tenant details, advertising tenant vacancies and special offers on Culver Square Shopping Centre website. Liaising with centre occupiers on a regular basis to gather information and assist with basic marketing, supported by Centre Manager and Marketing Team. About You:  Enter and maintain data on systems as required. Good working knowledge of administrative processes Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders including store staff, centre team, marketing team and business colleagues. Good organisational skills Confident user of Office 365 including, cloud, word, excel and PowerPoint. Excellent customer service skills A good knowledge of social media including creating content to support retailers.
