Part-time Workshop Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity within Acumen Automotive based in Coventry for a Part-time Fleet Administrator to join our workshop team. You will work 20 hours Monday to Friday
**Your duties will include**
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating routine inspections and repairs for all fleet vehicles.
- Assist with booking MOTs and LOLER inspections.
- Driver data management (infringements, WTD etc)
- Admin support for Fleet Manager and Compliance Manager
- Data management on R2C
- Job inputting/Management
- Invoicing (internal & external)
- Parts & Service provider management
- Assist in stock control
- Purchase Order management & control.
- General support for the workshop foremen
**Requirements**:
- Ideally you will have experience of R2C or similar systems - not essential as training will be provided
- Knowledge of HGV fleet management, and WTD
- Be confident and adaptable
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Have an understanding of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
