**Part time - Administrative/Finance Assistant - Prologis Park, Coventry.**

**Permanent opportunity.**

**Part-time. Site-based, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 3pm. (25 hours)**

**£16,000 - £17,333 (Pro rata) Dependent on experience**

My client is a well-established and successful small distribution company based in Prologis Park, Holbrooks, Coventry.

This is a varied and busy role and will see you involved in all aspects of administration and office support working alongside the office manager.

**Key tasks & duties to include: -**
- General sales order processing, including quotations, raising purchase orders, and working within SAGE (experience desirable but optional).
- Working with the in-house CRM system and ensuring accurate input of information.
- Providing first-class customer service to both internal and external partners and customers.
- Pursuing outstanding payments and company credit checks.
- Updating the sales team with relevant information.
- Supporting the office manager with various administrative tasks and covering in their absence.
- Completing monthly stock takes and reports.
- Covering in the warehouse during holidays.

**What experience is required: -**
- Exceptional customer service skills and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer journey at every opportunity.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and work reactively as required due to business demands.
- Good IT skills, including MS Excel, CRM systems, and SAGE/finance systems (advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and the care to ensure that you get the job correctly done the first time.
- You will be a fast learner and willing to learn new skills as you develop.
- Highly professional in your dealings with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability to adapt to the changing demands of this busy role.
