Part Time Administrator

We are currently recruiting a Part Time senior Administrator on a 3 month temporary contract to provide a professional and effective administrative and advisory provision as a member of the Agile Working Scheme Centralised Implementation team to all internalcustomers.
Main
**Responsibilities**:
1) Learn and become familiar with the scheme document and processes of the Agile Working Scheme (AWS) to be able to give first line advice to staff members and managers were appropriate.
2) Implement and maintain systems, processes and procedures that support high standards of service in the delivery of the Agile Working Scheme.
3) Provide an effective back office administrative service to enable an effective administrative and advisory provision as a member of the Agile Working Scheme Centralised Implementation team to all internal customers. Mail merge is key tool used for this process
4) Manage first level queries, whether face to face, over the phone or on-line.
5) Answer queries from Managers or staff members and sign-posting or relaying queries to Health and Safety or ITS or other partners of the Scheme.
7) Maintain information databases and housekeeping of documentation as required.
8) Provide advice to staff members and Managers with the AWS processes and administration required to support new starters, leavers and other changes.
9) Maintain confidentiality and be aware of, and adhere to current policy on Data Protection.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Good standard of education to 'A' Level or equivalent or demonstrable relevant experience.
- Significant Customer Service and process improvement experience.
- Proven experience in administrative work, within a fast-moving high volume environment,
- Experience in processing data in an office environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel at intermediate level, or higher.
- Must be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to record and analyse information.
- Ability to exercise judgement and operate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Customer focused Personally well organised.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with staff and external contacts at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst contributing as a member of a team.
