Do you have an interest in Accounts and are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills?

We are actively looking for a Process Assistant to join SSCL. Working as part of our accounts team on our large Met Police sector, you will be responsible for performing transactional Purchase to Pay activities and processing invoices on behalf of the Met Police. On average the team create up to 15,000 invoice per month, so this really is a high volume and fast paced team

This is a Hybrid role, working in our Newport Office on a Tuesday and Wednesday working 8am-4pm, and the other 3 days working from home.

We aren't looking for someone with vast experience, however if you have great organisation skills, have a meticulous work ethic, and excel in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing invoices
- Taking care of queries from both Met Police and Suppliers
- Cross checking all incoming orders against purchases, mitigating discrepancies.
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Answering calls on our help desk line - this is on a rota basis
- Uploading invoices to PSOP once complete

- Previous finance admin or invoice experience
