**Trade and Working Capital Product Manager**
**London**

As a Barclays Trade and Working Capital Product Manager, you will work in a team collectively responsible for actively assisting in the development, implementation, and execution of TWC Product strategy globally. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in portfolio optimisation and trade syndication with the aim to create efficiencies and capacity to support clients. You will also enhance balance sheet and credit limits efficiency for the TWC product set in this role.

**What will you be doing?**
- Monitoring risk-weighted assets (RWA) consumption across the TWC product portfolio
- Working with relevant teams to improve accuracy of RWA reporting through system integration and streamlining of adjustment processes
- Identifying opportunities for RWA optimisation across the Trade and Working Capital Product range
- Developing and implement plans to realise the benefits
- Ensuring syndication, participation and risk mitigation processes are well documented and understood by relevant teams
- Ensuring relevant controls are in place and operate effectively
- Driving the enhancement of relevant booking and reporting systems actively to ensure these structures can be supported and get correctly reflected in RWA
- Developing syndication and risk mitigation strategies to improve the efficiency of balance sheet and credit limits and improve returns

**What we’re looking for**:

- In-depth knowledge of the capital framework and principles
- Being knowledgeable on risk mitigation techniques
- Experience of working in a regulatory environment with attention to the detail
- Working knowledge of the full range of business disciplines e.g. Compliance, Operations, Service, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, and Risk

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience of delivering RWA optimisation projects
- Experience of seeking acceptance and implementation of new risk mitigation techniques
- Good working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital Finance products

**Where will you be working?**
In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
