You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
**Duties**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Up sell products or services to customers where appropriate
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse customer needs effectively
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with up selling techniques
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Pay: From £23,997.60 per year
