Our client is looking for a Compliance Scheduler to support the Compliance Resource Manager in ensuring the appropriate information is available to develop robust reports to provide assurance that compliance of all regulatory and legislative requirements for the asset base are achieved, through the delivery and outcomes of programmes of planned and cyclical work.

Provide an efficient administration support service to the Compliance Team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To work with the Compliance Resource Manager and team members to maintain high quality information regarding compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, in the effective delivery of their Asset Management Strategy.
- Maintain all contract documentation in a systematic and timely way, ensuring it is appropriately recorded for assurance and audit purposes.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure effective capture of data arising from compliance contracts and facilitate provision of internal information required by contractors in carrying out their work.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of a range of detailed data in relation to activities that provide appropriate assurance of compliance.
- Collate management information and key performance indicators in relation to compliance outcomes and support the timely preparation of reports that provide assurance to the Executive and Board.
- When undertaking data analysis and review, highlight any service or compliance failures to the Compliance Manager immediately.
- Proactively contribute to developing and improving the accessibility of compliance information, enhancing data quality, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
- Devise processes to improve efficiency and quality of information to ensure best practice and maintain systems that align with organisational needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of standards, policies and operating procedures consistent with providing an effective compliance service.
- Assist with the auditing of compliance requirements and other related information where relevant.
- Assist the Compliance Manager in the development of procedures, user guidelines and training documentation as required.
- Maintain a list of all established report requirements and co-ordinate the development of new reports as required to support and inform compliance activity.
- Attend any meetings as directed by the Compliance Manager and produce accurate minutes in a timely manner.
- Provide effective administration support for resident consultation in respect of planned compliance work, including attending residents meetings where required.
- Provide an administration support service to the compliance team.

This is a home based role that may have a few occasions that you may have to go into the office for training.

Starting Salary is £23,500

Overtime paid at time and a half

Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 17:00pm

37 hours per week

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
