Job Summary

Home Instead is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator Scheduler to join our team. As a Care Coordinator Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services, providing exceptional client experiences, and building strong relationships with our care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule care services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, care professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and care professional information, including schedules, preferences, and needs.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels and maintain a high-quality care professional pool.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure new and existing care packages are resourced and scheduled on a timely basis.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's brand, equality, diversity, and equal opportunities policy in respect of employment and service delivery.

Requirements

  • NVQ 2 & 3 would be advantageous.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate bespoke CRM's.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and work accurately under pressure.
  • Own safe and reliable car.
  • DBS Adult Enhanced will be essential, if you are part of the DBS Update Service your appointment will be imminent on presentation of your certificate.
