Job Title: Scheduler (Care Co-Ordinator)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our care team as a Scheduler (Care Co-Ordinator). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for our clients and care professionals, ensuring that their needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for clients and care professionals, taking into account their availability, preferences, and needs.
  • Ensure that schedules are prepared and communicated effectively to all parties involved.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that client needs are met and that care professionals are allocated efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and care professionals, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
  • Monitor and manage schedules to ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that sufficient staffing levels are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of care packages and schedules that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 2 & 3 would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • DBS Adult Enhanced clearance.
