About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery, and building strong relationships with clients and care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules to meet client and care professional needs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and care professionals, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels and schedule care professionals accordingly.
  • Manage client and care professional information on our electronic scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the successful operation of the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous scheduling experience, preferably in a care setting.
  • A good working knowledge of basic IT systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and care professionals.
  • A safe and reliable vehicle for business use.
